Books are shipped worldwide from Mauritius. Orders are processed once payment is confirmed — usually within 24 hours of receiving your MCB Juice transfer.
Local delivery within Mauritius typically arrives in 2–4 working days. International orders vary by destination and customs handling, generally 1–3 weeks. You will receive an email update once your order ships.
Shipping is calculated per order based on destination and weight. Any applicable cost is confirmed before your order is dispatched.
If a book arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, get in touch within 14 days of delivery and we will make it right — a replacement or a refund, whichever you prefer. Because each order is prepared individually, we ask that returned books be unused and in their original condition.
